An EMR for ABA, Speech, OT, PT

The clinical record, designed for the people who keep it.

Wrkly is a multi-tenant electronic medical record built from the inside out — by clinicians, for the clinics that have to live with the software every day. Multi-discipline. HIPAA + SOC 2. Quietly opinionated about how the work should feel.

Currently in development build. Pick a seeded identity to walk through the role-aware experience — row-level security applies in real time.

Built for

One record. Four disciplines.

Most ABA tools assume you only do ABA. Most OT tools assume you only do OT. Wrkly assumes you’re a working clinic, and treats multi-discipline as the default — not an add-on.

  • ABA

    ABA

Trial data, BCBA caseload, RBT coverage.

  • SLP

    Speech

Session notes, target tracking, parent updates.

  • OT

    OT

    Goals, sensory profiles, plan-of-care signatures.

  • PT

    PT

    Range-of-motion, gait, progress against milestones.

How it’s different

Three things that are non-negotiable.

Privacy is the design

Row-level security from day one

Every query in Wrkly runs inside a Postgres session that knows who you are and what you may see. RLS is not a wrapper — it’s the bedrock. HIPAA + SOC 2 are not features you bolt on; they’re the only way the system can run.

Time back to the bedside

Less time documenting. More time present.

A session note should not take longer than the session. Wrkly is built around the moments that actually need clinical attention — and gets out of the way for the rest. AI assistance stays inside the tenant; nothing leaves your walls.

The WAG way, in software

Dual-role aware — clients can also be participants

Many of the people we serve are also the people we employ. Wrkly was built knowing that. Roles compose; views adapt; nothing forces you to choose between "they’re a client" and "they’re an employee."

Curious how it feels from the inside?

The sign-in picker drops you into any seeded identity — parent, RBT, BCBA, clinical admin. The same data, filtered by what your role is allowed to see.
